🎯 Studio 111 LLC – Event Terms & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your event with 4Knight Mobile Nerf Wars, operated by Studio 111 LLC. Please carefully review our official cancellation, rescheduling, and event conduct policies below. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to all terms listed.
📅 Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Grace Period:
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of deposit payment for a full refund. - Cancellations After 24 Hours:
If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after payment and at least 10 days before your event, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit. No full refunds will be issued. - Last-Minute Cancellations:
If the event is canceled without at least 10 days’ notice, no refund will be issued. Sudden cancellations on the day of the event or with no prior notice are non-refundable. - Weather or Family Emergencies:
We understand unexpected situations arise. In the case of bad weather or a family emergency, we are happy to reschedule your event based on availability. All rescheduling requests must be submitted no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
🕒 Event Logistics
- Event Duration:
Each event is scheduled for a total of 2 hours starting at your confirmed party start time. - Setup Window:
The 4Knight team will arrive approximately 1 hour before to set up the battlefield and equipment. - Game Coordination:
A certified Nerf Coach will lead 1.5 hours of organized games, followed by 30 minutes of free play. - Photography:
Our team will capture 15–20 high-quality photos and deliver them to your email within 1–2 business days after the event.
⚠️ Important Policies
- Waiver Requirement:
A signed waiver is mandatory for all participants prior to the event. Only a legal guardian may complete this form online. Children without a signed waiver will not be permitted to participate. - Parental Supervision:
A parent or legal guardian must be present at the event. Children left unsupervised will not be allowed to continue participating. - Safety Gear:
All players are required to wear the provided eye and face protection at all times during gameplay. Studio 111 LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow this rule. - Damage & Lost Equipment:
The booking party accepts full responsibility for any lost or maliciously damaged gear. Replacement fees will be billed at current market value.
💳 Refund Summary
- 100% refund within 24 hours of payment
- 50% refund if canceled at least 10 days in advance
- No refund if canceled within 10 days of event
- Reschedules allowed only with 7+ days’ notice and subject to availability
